- R% Joint the rabbit and wash well. Blanch the rabbit by putting
- R%it into a large saucepan, covering it with water, and bringing it
- R%to a boil.
- R% Remove the rabbit from the saucepan and place it into a 4
- R%quart baking dish.
- R% Put the raw carrots and potatoes in with the rabbit.
- R% Mix the soup mix with the 2 1/2 cups of boiling water and
- R%pour over the rabbit and vegetables.
- R% Cook covered in a 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
